The Project

The company that is now called 'Soul Ingredients' came to us after perfecting their skin and hair care products for the last three years. They needed a brand, packaging, a website, print materials, and a marketing strategy, starting with a company name. They had spent the last three years on formulas and product testing and were now ready to pull it all together.

"Soul Ingredients are very passionate about their products. We wanted to give them a strong logo that could translate well throughout all their lines. We also wanted to evoke a certain emotion with each line visually. The package should be as visually impactful as the scent of the product."

Challenges

Coming up with a name that expressed their philosophy and the inspiration behind the brand was an initial challenge. Since they also had a variety of different products and product lines it became quite a task to visualize each line separately and develop a unique look for each while keeping it within the 'family' of products.

The Results

Once the name was decided, the rest started to fall into place. We settled on an illustrative style that had classic elements rearranged in a modern way. We utilized several different color palettes and themes to express each scent line. The full set of products demonstrate a look and feel of the same company with the logo as the bridge element. We set up the website and eCommerce section in order for Soul Ingredients to be able to update their own products and prices. We also built them a template for email campaigns and for future announcements and informational articles on health and skincare techniques.
